okay so Aki’s on mobile but. I don’t know what you mean by nazism/imperialism. I’ve seen a lot of posts about Himaruya being an imperialist before, however there is no real proof supporting this?? Seen here by Hetascanlations

Also, as far as racism goes in Hetalia, I’m not quite sure if you’re referring to the English dub, original dub, the manga, or all three. But you should know that the English dub is where things get kinda… iffy (besides, the English dub is far from canon and shouldn’t even be considered canon. When they dubbed it they kinda did what ever they wanted to do). In the original version there’s not a whole lot of proof of racism. However, what there is proof of is, stereotypes. 

Hetalia is supposed to be a comedy about how we should get over stereotypes and all just be friends. That our differences are not that big and we should just get over them. 

On the the subject of nyotalia being transphobic let me just say: That antonot and I are both GQ/NB individuals so we can see where you’re coming from. We both agree that taking cis characters and then making an AU where they can be different sexes and still cis isn’t’t right. But we would also like to say when you said nobody could feel comfortable by the Nyotalia designs/nyotalia in general you were wrong. I myself am an example of that.
